As we navigate Covid-19 pandemic together as a golf community it is important for us to continually update policies and procedures to make sure we are following local, state and CDC guidelines and continuing to do our best to help stem the spread of Covid-19. Below you will see our facility update that encourages and welcomes safe responsible outdoor recreation. These policies and procedures must be strictly adhered to and will be enforced. Please make yourself familiar with our new update.
The safety and well-being of our staff, our pass holders, our guests and the Village Greens community is our number one priority. Tee times are required for play. Please call 406-752-4666 to book a tee time up to 3 days in advance or book and prepay your tee time online.We encourage our frequent golfers to put their card on file with us through our secure point-of-sale system.
Before Coming to the Golf Course ~ If you are sick or feeling ill, do not come to the golf course. At the staff’s discretion, we may refuse to serve you and that decision will be final.
Before Your Round of Golf ~ The Golf Shop will remain closed to the public. We will operate through the windows on the south side of the Golf Shop. In accordance with the governor’s directive, we are promoting golf as a community outdoor recreation activity. Tee time intervals have been extended to every 10 minutes and will be offered between 9:00am and 7pm. Rental Carts will be available to rent with social distancing requirements, these carts will be rented on a first come first serve basis and cart reservation will not be accepted (unless you booked a cart with your tee time online). Rental carts must be returned prior to 9:00pm. Only one person per cart unless from the same household. Privately owned carts with a 2020 trail fee sticker will be allowed but will be restricted to the same guidelines as the rental carts.
On the Golf Course ~ All play must originate from the first tee at your designated tee time. Drinking fountains will not be available. FLAGSTICKS ARE TO BE LEFT IN AND UNTOUCHED. To combat reaching into the hole, measures have been taken to raise the bottom of the cup. Please take care to retrieve your golf ball without touching the cup liner or flagstick. Bunker rakes have been removed, please feel free to use preferred lies in the bunker and utilize your foot rake after hitting. Ball washers, benches and garbage cans have been removed from the course. Please dispose of broken tees in the rough, do not leave your tee in the teeing area. Please care for your own equipment and do not handle playing partner’s equipment during play.
After Your Round ~ We ask that you adhere to social distancing guidelines and refrain from gather in large groups.
Food and Beverage ~ Lum’s 19th Hole will be open Daily (weather depending) From 10am – 3pm for carry out. Transactions will be done through a walk up window and orders may be picked up at the pick up window. The Golf Shop will support Lum’s after hours offering snacks, water, soda and beer. Call 7542-4675 to order ahead.
